Enquiries and correspondence
The form collects your email, company name, message and optional attachments to answer your enquiry, establish product specifications and prepare an offer. For steps towards a contract with you, the basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b); for other correspondence, including company representatives, Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and relationships. Providing data is voluntary, but the required fields are needed to process the form. Do not send sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
Security and recipients
Hosting and email services process the data needed to deliver pages and messages. Technical request data, including IP addresses, supports operation and protection against abuse under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Authorised staff and hosting, email and IT providers may access data as needed for their services. Form attachments are not published on the website.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited. The Google tag loads before a consent choice and after rejection, with analytics cookie storage disabled; measurement signals without these cookies may still be sent. Analytics cookies are enabled after acceptance. No cookies does not mean no data transmission. See the cookie policy for details and controls. Google services may involve processing outside the EEA; Google publishes information about its transfer safeguards.
Storage and your rights
Correspondence retention depends on the purpose of handling it, ongoing arrangements and the need to document business relationships or protect legal claims; data should not be held indefinitely. You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, where the GDPR provides for it, data portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO, or your competent supervisory authority. The form is not used for automated decisions producing legal effects.
